Printed Tee Shirts Printed Your Way

Printed tee shirts are not always easy to find.  Fortunately, these days, you will be able to shop with regular retail merchants in your local area as well as with online merchants.  Chances are greater that you will be able to find exactly what you are looking for given today’s global marketplace.  Many online merchants these days offer both secure check out facilities, as well as generous return and refund policies if for example your order isn’t exactly what you were hoping.  You will even be able to find some really neat ethnic prints, if that is what you are into.

While you find that you have a lot of options these days, you will also find that there are many different qualities of printed tee shirts available.  Some of this will be due to the different fabrics that can be used, for example pima cotton versus cotton/poly, and some of it will also be due to the dyes used to print the fabric.  Some dyes on some fabrics don’t wear as well, as is the case with 100% cotton sometimes, and they tend to fade with time.  Metallic dyes like gold and silver can also be more expensive.  There are other reasons to consider some of the better quality fabrics as well, as you don’t want something that is going to shrink in the wash, lose its shape, or take a lot of care.

Some other quality considerations you might want to consider when you are looking at printed tee shirts are also how well the seams are finished, and whether there is any top stitching on the garment or perhaps ribbing around the neck.  Quality is often proportionate to price and you will pay a little more for some of the quality features.  You will also pay a little more for certain name brand labels.  Some tee shirts will have a tiny slit at the side seams which can be a nice touch.  Others may be made of non stretch fabrics, in which case you will want to make sure they are large enough to be easy to put on, or perhaps are even knitted as a tube with no seams.

The nice thing about printed tee shirts is that they are available for both men and women.  They are also available in a range of sizes, including the extra large sizes, depending on the merchant you are dealing with.  There are some lovely prints out there, depending on whether you want a theme based print, like Christmas, or something more abstract, you should be able to find something that fits your needs and the occasion you have in mind.

Another nice thing about printed tee shirts is that you can wear them with so many things and so many different colours.  You may want to wear your new shirt today with your black skirt, tomorrow with your red pants and the next day with your khaki shorts.  A good printed tee shirt will provide you with a lot of options and will soon become a staple in your wardrobe that you will reach for time and time again.
