Pink Baseball Shirts for Those Pink Teams

While men are not barred from wearing them, pink baseball shirts are mostly popular among women.  Since they are available in several different styles, and several companies offer the ability to have the shirts customized, they make a good option for many people.  Some female baseball teams purchase these shirts for their players, and then have them customized with their team information.  With the option of having the team name and logo printed on the front of the shirt, as well as each player's name printed on the back with their number, they make the perfect shirt for this purpose.  By wearing pink shirts, the players are able to express their individuality as an all female team.

A good alternative to standard cotton is organic cotton.  The dyes used in the production of pink baseball shirts are non-toxic, and the producers of organic cotton strive to create the smallest environmental impact possible.  Another great benefit to organic cotton is that it normally is very soft, which makes a more comfortable shirt.  The downfall to organic cotton is that it is generally more expensive than standard cotton, which may deter some from purchasing it.

Another popular fabric alternative for pink baseball shirts is moisture management fabric.  This type of fabric is usually made of a polyester/spandex blend, and serves to wick moisture away from the skin.  This process allows the sweat to evaporate, which leads to a drier shirt and less odors.  These shirts are great for sports teams, since sports play generally involves quite a bit of sweating.  The downfall to shirts made from moisture management fabric is that they will usually be quite a bit more expensive than standard or organic cotton shirts.
