Baseball caps are not just limited to baseball. Many companies use them. People will collect them. You can have a baseball cap for every occasion. What other sports can have baseball caps? Just about all of them. Why is it they use them? They are fun to wear. You will find franchise baseball caps for just about every sport imaginable. Hockey, racing, football, baseball, they all have their caps they sell as souvenirs. All franchises use baseball caps for one main reason, money. Not only are franchise baseball caps cost effective, they are much safer as well. Just think of having to produce helmets for teams. Helmets are big and bulky. Another reason you will see franchise baseball caps is the number of designs you can choose from. Teams can have many different designs to choose from. By offering this many designs, helmets would be out of the question. They cost too much to do. Many people will not buy them because of the amount they sell for. So if you create dozens of designs, you need a cheap way to sell them.

For the retailers involved, selling franchise baseball caps is much better than selling helmets. Helmets take up a great deal of rooms, not to mention they take up a lot of dollars. When buying inventory, you hope it can turn over in a quick period of time. Baseball caps have the ability to do that. They do not take up much space or many dollars. More hats can take the place of one helmet. That is one of the main reasons you will not see many helmets being sold. Many times helmets are signed and auctioned off for charity. So what better way to advertise your team than with baseball caps.

Most souvenirs are priced to turn over quickly. Baseball caps are relatively inexpensive compared to other ways to advertise a team. In today’s economy, expensive souvenirs are not the way to go. Baseball caps are a much better value for the money. As much as people want to buy helmets, the amount needed is quite a bit. Why spend that much when you can buy a baseball cap for a fraction of the cost?
