You won't find the plastic snap adjuster with these caps, as with the more common caps.

When have embroidered caps customized, there are a few things you need to consider. The more detailed the design that you choose to have embroidered on your cap, the more expensive it will be. Complex embroidery involves using several colors, and the more detailed the work will be. The machines that are used to embroider caps can handle several colors at one time, and work very fast. However, they are not suitable for duplicating photography, or other such complex designs. If you want something like this, the design will have to be airbrushed which gives a more detailed design.

There are a few guidelines that you should follow when you are deciding on the logo or picture to for embroidered caps. Be sure to select no more than four colors for your cap. When you customize embroidered caps, try to avoid use white or any light color. White and lighter colors get dirty easy, and embroidery is very difficult to clean. Never use a stiff brush, or any harsh cleaners to clean the embroidery on your cap. Using either of these could damage the threads causing the threads to break and unravel.
